Chris has successfully defended and tried several claims involving bodily injury, products liability and automobile liability in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

He has handled to conclusion numerous AAA and Arbitration Forums no-fault and intercompany arbitration claims.

Additionally, he has handled the defense of cases involving wrongful death, bodily injury, UIM, UM and no-fault damages. Christopher has tried to successful conclusion several motor vehicle accident cases involving both liability and damages.

He has been listed in Minnesota Super Lawyers from 2014 to 2015, and was listed in Minnesota Rising Stars from 2004 to 2012.  Most recently he was selected as a Top 100 Litigation Attorney by the American Society of Legal Advocates.

Representative Cases
& Experience
  • Second chaired a wrongful death trial including direct examination of numerous witnesses, including toxicologist, in motor vehicle accident with numerous legal issues. Kelly v. Ellefson, et al., 712 NW2d 759 (Minn. 2006).
  • Successfully tried product liability fire subrogation case involving semi-tractor with allegations of defective design and manufacture that resulted in fire.
  • Tried to successful conclusion a Wisconsin case involving underinsured motorist benefits.
  • Tried to successful conclusion several motor vehicle accident cases involving both liability and damages.
